Midneyeght #punalert

Midnight falls

When Riga was in Singapore, I asked him to pay a visit to a local Sephora and get me the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in the shade Midnight. Yes, it’s one of those products that I can’t get in Indonesia and yes, it’s the product that I’ve been eyeing since many, many moons ago.  So can you imagine how happy I was when I finally held it with my hands?
The product itself is a liquid eyeliner in a pen form. It has a bendy felt-tip that makes drawing thick or thin lines and creating cat-flicks kinda easy. It dispenses this gorgeous blackened blue color and applies smoothly without dragging my eye lid. Once applied, it sets quickly and doesn’t budge for a number of hours. This product says it’s waterproof. However, each time I make wudu, some bits of the drawn lines disappear. I guess it doesn’t quite live up to its claims – or perhaps, my lids are such an oil slick. Still, I love this eyeliner and I can always do touch-ups.
I think this product is great for eyeliner noobs who’d like to hop into the eyeliner bandwagon for the first time. I used the same eyeliner when I was a newbie to the eyeliner game, only I used the shade Jet Black. And my hand was VERY wonky. Aside from the color, it had the same quality as Midnight.
Now that my need to have this eyeliner is fulfilled, I crave more for something else. Actually, there are two fellow pen liquid eyeliners that draw my interest. They are the LORAC Front of the Line Pro Liquid Eyeliner in Navy and the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper. Guess what. They are available only at the States. Boo.
